Extremely hard and robust, polycarbonate is transparent, almost like glass. Polycarbonate is ideal for commercial environments, resistant to impacts and highly tolerant to high temperatures.
Soft and subtle, Satin Finish leaves a beautiful semi-gloss appearance. The Satin finish is made using a final step of being brushed with a vertical grain across the surface, leaving an elegant softness to the touch.
Hand wash only, not dishwasher safe. We recommend, where possible, to wipe with a damp cloth or sponge and leave to air dry. Do not submerge in water or leave in direct sunlight, as this may cause the board to warp or crack. Do not place hot items directly from the cooktop or oven onto the board as this may scold or split the board.
