Warranties, Returns, Terms & Conditions

GOODS SOLD

Descriptions and specifications for the Goods are set out on the Silver Service Hospitality Pty Ltd. (SSHS) website at the time of the Order or the SSHS catalogue from which the Order is placed, provided the website or catalogue is current at the time of the Order. All images used are for illustrative purposes only, and actual products may vary.

If any Goods are unavailable or out of stock then SSHS may cancel the Order in whole or in part and refund any monies paid. With the Customer's approval SSHS may issue a credit note or otherwise vary the Order. Customers placing Orders for age-restricted goods or Dangerous goods, such as solvents and knives confirm that they are over 18 years of age and that delivery will be accepted by a person over 18 years of age.

 

WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

Goods delivered may be returned for a refund, exchange or replacement within 30 days provided they are returned unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.

Certain Goods cannot be returned for hygiene purposes. Certain Goods such as knives must be returned in adequate postal packaging for health and safety reasons. The cost of returns may be refunded in whole or in part to the Customer at SSHS's discretion.
